Merging qualitative and quantitative research to deliver actionable recommendations, presenting key findings to agency leadership for strategic decision-making.

Examine an agency's top competitors on social media to consider a differentiated strategy for the agency that supports their brand purpose: delivering strategic storytelling that enables disruptors to scale and the best talent to thrive.
